2. Description of Services
Juno Ride is a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers for transportation
services.
Juno Ride operates as a Transportation Network Company (TNC) in compliance with Massachusetts
regulations.
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Juno Ride.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
All account information must be accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining login credentials and all activity under their account.
Fraudulent, duplicate, or fake accounts are prohibited.
5. Payments & Fee
Fares are calculated based on time, distance, demand, tolls, and service fees.
All payments must be made through authorized in-app methods.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension.
6. Cancellation Policy
Riders may cancel within an allowed timeframe. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Drivers who repeatedly cancel rides may face suspension.
7. Driver Relationship
Drivers are independent contractors responsible for maintaining valid licenses, registration, and
insurance
in compliance with Massachusetts TNC regulations.
8. User Conduct
Users must not engage in unlawful conduct, harassment, fraud, abuse, or use unauthorized payment
methods.
Violations may result in termination.
9. Safety & Liability
Juno Ride does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Juno Ride is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Background Checks
Drivers may undergo background and driving record checks as required by law.
Screening does not guarantee prevention of all risks
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software, and branding belong to Juno Ride Inc.
Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.
12. Privacy
User data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable U.S. and Massachusetts laws
and Juno Ride’s Privacy Policy.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, safety violations, abuse,
chargebacks, or repeated policy violations.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
unless otherwise required by law.
15. Modifications
Juno Ride reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S.
federal law.
